Suspension Cell Assays

The addition and removal of reagents to wells of a standard microplate during cellular assays severely compromises retention of cells such as PBMCs, leukemia, T, and B cells. Manual washing procedures are often performed outside the assay plate to minimize loss. Because the DropArray platform retains cells, all assay steps can now be carried out directly in a DropArray Microplate – enabling fully automatable, plate-based assays with suspension cells.
