grow in just 3 µL of cell culture media using DropArray™
technology. Each 2 mm diameter well can house ~1,500 adherent
cells at confluency.
The DropArray™ technology
enables routine cell culture operations such as medium changing
and trypsinization of cells to be performed in a well of a
microtiter plate.
Curiox Biosystem's proprietary
immiscible fluid, which provides a unique bio-friendly interface
between the cells and its environment, is fully gas permeable,
enabling free exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
