Automated Laminar Washing Technology Delivers Good Consistency and Increased Retention of Low K]Input T Cell Numbers from Freshly Thawed PBMC

Improved retention compared to centrifugation. When processing a sample with a lower cell count (10,000 - 100,000 cells), Laminar Washing (datapoint in Red) led to retention of more cells than centrifugation (datapoint in Black). The cell count was compared between each additional cycle of Laminar Washing (9 rounds of 60uL wash buffer exchange) and 1 spin wash cycle.

Retention of More Total Cells and Monocytes with Laminar Wash Technology

Human PBMCs were processed with both Laminar Wash Technology and centrifugation washing methods. Laminar Wash (plate) tends to recover slightly more cells than the centrifugation method with the difference more pronounced with larger monocytes.
