Benefits of Using the Curiox Laminar Wash System in Mass Cytometry Experiments

Jorgen Adolfsson is head of the Mass Cytometry Unit at Linköping University in Sweden, which is part of the SciLifeLab National Infrastructure. In this webinar Jorgen speaks about his experience using the Laminar Wash system.

Jorgen describes reduction of antibody usage by ~50% with preserved signal and reproducibility. Laminar Wash technology has the capacity to more efficiently retain cells and is not biased such that some cells do disappear upon centrifugation. He also finds that you have less data variation between the samples and also spin off effect, so it takes less time to acquire all cells in the CyTOF.
