Preparation of Anti-Evaporation Lid

This video describes how to set up the anti-evaporation lid for a DropArray plate used in a miniaturized multiplex bead immunoassay. In order to keep the small volume droplet from evaporating, a humidified environment is created by using the anti-evaporation lid.
