POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support new product commercialization, lead sustaining product management, and manage downstream web content and other related marketing deliverables. The ideal candidate should understand the life sciences market and be able to effectively translate customer needs into products and marketing tactics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop the curiox.com website [wireframing, edits/updates] and support the commercial and marketing teams as the subject matter expert (SME) of curiox.com
  • Leverage analytics to determine the effectiveness of marketing programs based upon objectives and key results (OKRs) and the ROI of marketing efforts. Regularly track and report on marketing metrics, successes, failures, and findings.
  • Deliver on focused lead generation activities in support of the sustaining and new product launch activities
  • Manage the sustaining product portfolio to include product life cycle planning and strategy execution in line with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape.
  • Work with customers. scientific affairs and the commercial team to gather Voice of Customer data and commentary.
  • Support product development for new products by collaborating with marketing leaders, R&D and cross-functional teams.
  • Support beta testing at customer sites, ensuring product efficacy and gathering critical feedback.
  • Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and foster long-term relationships.
  • Develop and provide product training to sales teams and partners.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring efficient execution and success.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, biotech, bioengineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field. Advanced (PhD, MS/MBA) degree preferred. 
  • 3-5 years in product management, preferably in life sciences or biotech. 
  • Proven success in product lifecycle management. 
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a multi-team environment, ability to solve challenging problems in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a group, to accomplish individual and team objectives 
  • Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people 
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills 
  • Self-directed with strong work ethic and initiative 
  • Expected travel up to approximately 50%, mostly domestic but may include international.

LOCATION

Ideal candidate will be located in the Woburn, MA area and be able to work in our office several days per week. Remote US candidates will also be considered.
