Enabling Single-cell Multiomics and Cell Hashing in Studies with Limited Numbers of Cells

Webinar: Making single-cell ‘omics studies possible when starting cell counts and budgets are limited

Our October 19, 2021 webinar featured University of Gothenburg Associate Professor of Immunology Mats Bemark, Ph.D. and Curiox Biosystems Marketing & Content Manager, Geoffrey Feld, Ph.D. Dr. Bemark studies mucosal immunology, with particular focus on the gut and gut-related infections like cholera, and recently has been working on COVID-19 with human severe disease samples. His lab has developed advanced techniques for enriching rare antigen-specific cells using FACS, followed by deep analysis with single-cell transcriptomics (scRNA-seq) and CITE-Seq multiomics, using mouse and human samples. Please fill out the short form below to access the webinar on-demand, which features:

  • Laminar Wash sample prep methodology described
  • The principle and challenges of multiplexing (cell hashing and multiomics) single-cell sequencing studies
  • Experimental demonstrations of how Laminar Wash enabled such studies in a mouse model infection of cholera and severe COVID-19 hospitalization in humans
