SOFTWARE FOR PLUTO WORKSTATION
The antibody cocktailing software for flow cytometry sample prep that works the way you already work. No programming, no reformatting, no learning curve. Runs automated cocktailing on Pluto Workstation.

The Antibody Cocktailing Wizard is a software that runs on the Pluto Workstation, automating your antibody preparation for flow cytometry workflows.
The Wizard works with the antibody panel table you already maintain — no reformatting, no programming. Import your CSV, select your antibodies, configure your controls, and Antibody Cocktailing Wizard generates the Pluto Workstation protocol automatically.
A single FMO error in a 20-color panel can cost hours of work and thousands of dollars in reagents. Antibody Cocktailing Wizard catches problems before the run begins and handles execution automatically.
Automated preparation of Mastermix, SCC, and FMO controls
Liquid Level Detection on every reagent vial before aspiration
Digital validation before every run — volume, expiry, conflicts
Centralized antibody masterlist with inventory tracking
Antibody Cocktailing Wizard reads the antibody panel table you already maintain. Upload your CSV, configure your run, and Antibody Cocktailing Wizard generates the Pluto Workstation protocol. No scripting, no reformatting.
Load your existing CSV. Antibody Cocktailing Wizard auto-maps columns to the required fields — target, fluorochrome, clone, supplier, volume, µL per test.
Select antibodies for your experiment. Assign source vials and output locations. The arrangement is read top-to-bottom — transfer order is set here.
FMO and SCC controls are generated from your panel definition in a few clicks. For a 20-color panel, that means 20 FMOs — each with 19 antibodies — assigned correctly, without manual calculation.
Antibody Cocktailing Wizard checks volumes, flags expiring reagents, detects conflicts, and verifies rack layout before any liquid moves. A visual rack map shows exact vial positions. Protocol export is locked until all checks pass.
Transfer the protocol to the Pluto Workstation via USB. The run executes with LLD verification on every vial and live volume tracking. Walk away.
Antibody Cocktailing Wizard prepares all three control types in a single session — the same ones you’d otherwise prepare by hand.
Fluorescence Minus One (FMO) controls are the most demanding part of multi-color panel prep — the most combinations, the most pipetting steps, the highest cost when something goes wrong. For a 20-color panel, you need 20 FMOs, each with 19 antibodies. Antibody Cocktailing Wizard generates every configuration automatically from your panel definition, with volumes calculated from your masterlist.
Pool selected antibodies into a single output well. ACW handles transfer order, volume ratios, and an optional mixing step after dispensing — one configuration, one run.
Single-color controls (SCO) are straightforward individually but error-prone at scale. ACW assigns each antibody to its own output well automatically from the panel you’ve already defined.
Before the Wizard generates a protocol file, it runs four automated checks. If any check fails, protocol export remains locked.
01
Confirms each antibody has enough volume for the full run, including dead volume.
02
Flags any antibodies that are near or past their expiration date before the run proceeds.
03
Identifies potential interactions or between antibodies in the panel.
04
Confirms source, output, and volume fields are complete and correctly assigned for every antibody.
Import your existing antibody masterlist — CSV, no reformatting required
No programming or scripting at any step
Automatic volume tracking and inventory management — masterlist updated after each run
Visual rack map with pre-run vial position verification
New users can operate independently from day one
Every action in Antibody Cocktailing Wizard is logged with a timestamp and username — antibody registration, panel creation, simulation, protocol export. Logs are encrypted, tamper-proof, and cannot be modified or deleted.
Electronic records and signatures enforced. Role-based access with four permission levels (Admin, Specialist, Operator, Viewer), unique user credentials, and 15-minute session timeout.
Every user action is logged with timestamp, username, and event detail. Logs cannot be modified or deleted. Filterable by user, action type, and date range.
Each completed run generates a full report: rack map, reagent volumes, activity log, and error record — with operator name and date. Required to update used antibody volumes in the masterlist.
In antibody discovery and B-cell profiling, even small differences in preparation can influence rare clone detection and downstream interpretation. C-FREE™ Antibody Cocktailing Wizard standardizes cocktail preparation and workflow execution at a critical pre-analytical stage, increasing confidence that observed differences reflect biology rather than handling variability.

The Antibody Cocktailing Wizard handles panel prep. Workflow Wizard takes it from there — automating cell staining and centrifuge-free washing on the same Pluto Workstation. Workflow Wizard turns your existing staining SOP into a ready-to-run protocol for the Pluto Workstation. From antibody prep to flow-ready samples in one workstation.
