As such, our global team of Field Application Scientists (FAS) and Field Service Engineers (FSE) are here to support you. The FAS team focuses on providing expertise in applications and training, while also helping to optimize and integrate our products into your workflow. Our FSE team ensures that your Curiox equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
Our FAS travel to your site to provide comprehensive training for your designated “super user(s)” and general users. This training often coincides with the instrument installation process, and can be customized to meet your unique needs.
Our FAS and FSE colleagues provide on-site installation services that range from one day to two weeks, depending on the complexity of your setup. This service includes unboxing, setting up, testing, and supporting protocol design, all to ensure a smooth start to your new system.
Our team conducts regular PM visits once or twice a year to ensure your system is calibrated and operating optimally. The first year of PM is included with your instrument purchase. We highly recommend purchasing an annual service contract to continue PM after the first year, saving you money and reducing potential downtime.
