End-to-End Sample Preparation on Pluto Using a UI-Driven, Configurable Automation Workflow

Manual sample preparation introduces variability at every step — cocktailing, staining, washing, and lysis performed separately by different operators. This poster shows how the Pluto workstation consolidates these steps into a single, UI-driven workflow using the Antibody Cocktailing Wizard (ACW). Data from Stanford HIMC and an external clinical site demonstrate staining performance comparable to manual methods across donors, markers, and laboratory environments — with a full audit trail built in.
