Centrifuge-Free Preparation Delivers Comparable Staining Performance for Complex Multicolor Panels: A Study from Stanford HIMC and Curiox

This poster presents a head-to-head comparison of automated versus manual antibody cocktail preparation for high-dimensional flow cytometry. Using the Curiox C-FREE™ Pluto Workstation, we evaluated 10- and 24-color immunophenotyping panels in collaboration with the Stanford Human Immune Monitoring Center (HIMC). Results demonstrate comparable staining quality with automation, improved reproducibility, and significant reduction in hands-on time.
